The goal is to have it on the desktop and I always show students what they are to expected to do prior to sending them to do it. However, my class sizes are much smaller than many others as well. I think it works despite being fairly unconventional. The image that seems out of place is the one with the people. Every other image is just a puzzle piece. Maybe dropping the green background form the image would help that be less obtrusive. I'm not sure about the legibility of the font for the main body text.
