My name is Lauren Maschal and I attended The University of Alabama. My focus was in Human Environmental Science. I thought at 18 I wanted to be an event planer but after sometime in the work world, I discovered that I belonged in the classroom. I attend the University of Richmond and have loved the experience of getting to know the” family business”. I grew up with parents as educators and look forward to swapping stories and experiences with them as my career begins.
I have a passion for reading. I think that the process of learning to read is one of the most facinating processes in a child’s learning career. I hope to one day become a reading specialist.
