Eukaryotic/Prokaryotic Wordle
I created the Wordle above using as much information about eukaryotes and prokaryotes that I could find. I would have students try to deconstruct the Wordle into a chart comparing eukaryotes and prokaryotes. In groups, students would place important words into the appropriate category (eukaryote/prokaryote). Once completed, students would create their own Wordles for eukaryotes and prokaryotes using the lists that they have created. Students would be allowed to use any reference materials during this exercise. This visualization exercise would reinforce Virginia SOL BIO 4 a & b.
