ISTE! Again!

UGH! I had started a blog post on ISTE and then my screen when funny and the post disappeared!! Daggonit!! I will try again!

I decided to give Twitter another chance to win me over, but I am beginning to think that it’s me not Twitter that is the problem. Usually when you say that you really mean the other entity is the problem…but I really do think it’s me. Everyone seems to really get a lot out of interacting on Twitter and I don’t get it. Basically I check my facebook page so if they could put their Twitter feeds into my FB feed that would be nice. But back to ISTE. I wandered through several pages on ISTE and found most of the information redundant. There was a lot on Evernote, which seemed very popular, but what are these people ordering that they need a picture of measurements before they order a “pair”. I will find a presentation from Will Richardson that was very interesting, but I would have liked to have heard the audio because his slides, as they should have been, were not packed with information although they did have some actually articles on them that I read.

I then went to YouTube to see if I could find some video on the conference. From watching people’s reactions I would have been excited about the conference. I like the video about Kevin Honeycutt putting his iPad on a Paper Jam guitar and using GARAGE BAND he was playing the guitar and he has some kids playing the drums. That was pretty awesome. Cool technology.

I do wonder why I didn’t see Tom in the Flash Mob? Seems so his thing!
