Media Example for the Classroom

I use a lot of videos done by Spanish students for projects that are posted to the web by the teachers. One of them is ‘Que Hora Es’, which is a parody of a telenovela (Spanish soap opera) that was on the Bernie Mac comedy show. It’s hysterical! Telenovelas are very popular in Spanish culture. This skit has very basic vocabulary and it is used inappropriately to show how ridiculous things can be. Enjoy![/youtube]
